The apartment is situated in the village of Quintrell Downs, about two miles from Newquay centre and beaches and one mile from Morrisons Supermarket. In the village there are several amenities, just a few minutes away there is a Shop and Post Office, a bus stop and a train halt (Newquay to Par line).
Quintrell Downs also has a Garden Centre and recreation ground with tennis courts. There are two local pubs situated in the village, with one specialising in excellent sea food. The area is an ideal base for touring Cornwall.
